Job Summary

A contact center is filling a position for a Remote Customer Service Representative in Norwalk.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Answering back to back calls and resolving issues
  • Building a strong relationship with your customer
  • Resolving the problem quickly and ensure situation does not escalate
