Job Summary

An omnichannel customer experience management and business process outsourcing company is in need of a Remote Customer Service Representative in Ogden.

Must be able to:

• Connect with customers via phone/email/chat/and or social media to resolve their questions or concerns
• Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues
• Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate

Qualifications Include:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Typing 25 WPM
• 18 years of age or older
• 6 months customer service experience minimum
• Be proficient in PC operation and navigation
• Able to work independently
