A staffing company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Customer Service Representative in Orlando.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Taking inbound calls for various companies
- Working in a fast-paced environment and back to back calls
- Giving a great customer service experience over the phone
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Must be upbeat, computer savvy individuals
- Must be available from 10am to 6pm M - F for Training for first 2 weeks
- Must be able to work with provided scripts for doctor's offices and law firms
- Must undergo a criminal background check
