A staffing agency is seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative in Phoenix.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and emails from internal and external customers
• Assist with the placement of quotes and orders
• Oversee deliverables

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• 3+ years of customer service experience
• A private, in-home office in which to effectively communicate with customers
• Strong oral communication skills
