A staffing agency is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Customer Service Representative in Pittsburgh.

Must be able to:

• Take calls from customers during daylight hours via softphone on a computer
• Use online chat features, phone, and email to communicate with customers
• Complete and process orders for the products which the company is selling

Qualifications Include:

• Highly organized
• Strong with Microsoft Office
• Experience using virtual platforms
• Good memorization skills
• Strong communication skills and positive interactions with all customers
