Job Summary
A digital services company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Customer Service in Plano.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Receive in-bound patient calls and resolve questions and/or issues with the patients account(s)
- Discuss history of the account, explanation of benefit/payment from insurance, deductible, co-insurance and copay to the patient
- Make outbound calls to follow up in order to resolve issues
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1 – 2 years of previous medical billing / Healthcare customer service experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Ability to communicate information orally and in writing in a clear and concise manner
