Job Summary
An omnichannel customer experience management and business process outsourcing company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Customer Service Representative in Port St Lucie.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing excellent customer service, aiming to resolve issues on the first call
- Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues by using desktop applications
- Working with confidential customer information and treating it sensitively
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Availability to work various shifts
- Ability to use Windows operating systems
- Ability to type 25 wpm
- Over 18 years of age
- High School Graduate or GED
- Predictable and reliable attendance
