A provider of residential clean energy solutions is filling a position for a Remote Customer Service Representative in Portland.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Handling high amounts of incoming calls
- Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Keeping records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Some proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative is preferred
- Strong phone administration skills and active listening capabilities
- Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
