A financial services company has a current position open for a Remote Customer Service Representative.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Receiving inbound customer calls to establish a payment schedule
- Processing changes to existing accounts
- Canceling accounts and answering any inquiries
Position Requirements Include:
- At least two years of call center experience in banking, insurance, phone or cable industries
- Ability to use computers competently
- Computer hardware and software must meet all employer technical requirements
- Need to be able to work up to two Saturdays per month
