Job Summary

A financial services company has a current position open for a Remote Customer Service Representative.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Receiving inbound customer calls to establish a payment schedule
  • Processing changes to existing accounts
  • Canceling accounts and answering any inquiries

Position Requirements Include:

  • At least two years of call center experience in banking, insurance, phone or cable industries
  • Ability to use computers competently
  • Computer hardware and software must meet all employer technical requirements
  • Need to be able to work up to two Saturdays per month
