A business services company is in need of a Remote Customer Service Representative in Richmond.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Taking ownership of customer issues
  • Troubleshooting problems and see them through to resolution
  • Collecting prompt and accurate feedback from customers

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Bachelors degree
  • Previous Call Center experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to deal with upset customers and deescalate the situation
  • Ability to navigate through multiple systems with your computer
  • Basic Technical Support Experience
