Job Summary
A business services company is in need of a Remote Customer Service Representative in Richmond.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Taking ownership of customer issues
- Troubleshooting problems and see them through to resolution
- Collecting prompt and accurate feedback from customers
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelors degree
- Previous Call Center experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to deal with upset customers and deescalate the situation
- Ability to navigate through multiple systems with your computer
- Basic Technical Support Experience
