Job Summary

A vehicle rental company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Customer Service Representative in San Antonio.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Talking with and listening to customers while handling multiple tasks
  • Locating and interpreting complex information from a number of databases
  • Utilizing problem-solving skills to efficiently answer customer requests

Qualifications Include:

  • Ability to complete I-9 work authorization paperwork in person
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience focused on resolving customer concerns
  • Work-related experience working on a personal computer (PC)
  • Experience in a performance-based or metric-driven environment
  • Ability to meet all home office and equipment requirements
