Job Summary
A staffing agency is seeking a Remote Home Improvements Industry Customer Service Representative in San Antonio.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Interacting with prospects in a blended call center
- Scheduling appointments for our roofing, windows, and siding products
- Handling customer service calls, overcome objections, and requests for more information
Skills and Requirements Include:
- At least one year of call center, inside sales, outside sales, or customer service experience
- Typing at least 40WPM
- Work from home will require an approved computer and Broadband connection
- Strong computer skills and ability to multitask using a PC
- Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment using technology
