A provider of residential clean energy solutions is seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative in San Antonio.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Providing accurate, valid and comprehensive information by using the right methods/tools
  • Managing complaints, provide proper solutions and options; follow up to secure resolution

Qualifications Include:

  • Some proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative is preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees
  • Strong phone administration skills and active listening capabilities
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Experience with iOS and MacOS
