Job Summary

A business services company has a current position open for a Remote Customer Service Representative in San Antonio.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing of credit card authorizations
  • Providing feedback reports on call issues related to downtime and/or training issues
  • Upselling to customers as necessary, resolving and de-escalating any issues

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Able to complete training to facilitate job duty requirments
  • Able to track call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
