Job Summary
A business services company has a current position open for a Remote Customer Service Representative in San Antonio.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing of credit card authorizations
- Providing feedback reports on call issues related to downtime and/or training issues
- Upselling to customers as necessary, resolving and de-escalating any issues
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Able to complete training to facilitate job duty requirments
- Able to track call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
- Provide the HIGH SPEED INTERNET, we will provide the equipment for you to be successful
- Be the voice of the brand, and a build a strong relationship between our clients
