A software development company specializing in personalized health is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Customer Service Representative in San Luis Obispo.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Acting as customers’ primary point of contact through email and live chat interactions
- Devising creative solutions and offering clear guidance to our customers
- Recognizing customers’ needs and presenting solutions that include upselling products and services
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Must work a minimum of 4 hours within PST time zone between 9AM to 8PM PST
- Expert in delivering effective solutions
