Job Summary

A staffing agency is in need of a Remote Customer Service Representative in South Charleston.

Must be able to:

• Receive inbound customer calls
• Take orders, answer questions, and provide non-technical information
• Complete call logs and generate call reports

Required Skills:

• Remote during pandemic
• High school diploma or GED required
• Experience with computer applications: MS Office, Outlook, etc
• Ability to accurately document and record collected information
• Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
