Job Summary
A transportation services company is filling a position for a Remote Customer Service Representative in Springfield.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Locating and interpreting complex information from a number of databases
- Utilizing problem-solving skills to efficiently answer customer requests
- Utilizing problem-solving skills
Position Requirements Include:
- Ability to complete I-9 work authorization paperwork in person
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
- Must have experience in a performance-based or metric-driven environment
- Must have a computer/PC (No MACs) with compatible OS versions
