Job Summary

A telephone answering services provider has a current position open for a Remote Customer Service Representative in Stockton.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Managing large amounts of outbound appointment setting calls
  • Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Providing accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools

Qualifications for this position include:

  • High school degree
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
