A customer retention and marketing company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Customer Service Representative in Tampa.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Conduct a variety of customer experience surveys and engagement calls
• Engage clients' existing and potential customers via telephone

• Employees must attend an in-person 2-day training session in Tampa, FL
• Work well independently, having excellent attention to detail and time management skills
