Job Summary
A managed services provider is in need of a Remote Customer Service Representative in the El Paso Metro Area.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Handling outbound or inbound customer communications via phone or email
- Following detailed instructions as outlined in company documents
- Updating program database accurately
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must meet certification requirements
- Ability to work weekends as needed
- Familiarity with or an ability to utilize a database and Microsoft Office programs
- Must have a personal computer with appropriate minimum specifications
