Job Summary

A managed services provider is in need of a Remote Customer Service Representative in the El Paso Metro Area.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Handling outbound or inbound customer communications via phone or email
  • Following detailed instructions as outlined in company documents
  • Updating program database accurately

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Previous customer service experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Must meet certification requirements
  • Ability to work weekends as needed
  • Familiarity with or an ability to utilize a database and Microsoft Office programs
  • Must have a personal computer with appropriate minimum specifications
