Job Summary

A staffing agency is in need of a Remote Customer Service Representative in Tigard.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Managing inbound calls
• Assisting customers in setting up accounts, cancelling accounts, phone trouble shooting, sharing promotional opportunities

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Will be remote after training
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Have good computer skills and be able to navigate multiple screens at once
• Must be willing to submit to a background check
