Job Summary
A business services company is in need of a Remote Customer Service Representative in Universal City.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Maintains and updates customer information as necessary
- Talks to customers over the phone, email, online chat or social media
- Calmly attempts to resolve and de-escalate any issues
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Training will be done on site in the Universal City location
- High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
- Customer service experience a plus
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel applications
- Ability to use phone and computer systems
- Strong listening/comprehension skills
