Job Summary

A call center/business process outsourcing services provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Customer service Representative or Account Manager or Processor.

Must be able to:

  • Utilize high speed internet connectivity to access an agency management system
  • Respond to calls and emails from the agency’s customers
  • Utilize solid insurance knowledge

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 5 years experience in property and casualty insurance
  • Strong computer literacy skills
  • Ability to multi-task and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
  • Property and casualty licenses
