Job Summary
A call center/business process outsourcing services provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Customer service Representative or Account Manager or Processor.
Must be able to:
- Utilize high speed internet connectivity to access an agency management system
- Respond to calls and emails from the agency’s customers
- Utilize solid insurance knowledge
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 5 years experience in property and casualty insurance
- Strong computer literacy skills
- Ability to multi-task and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
- Property and casualty licenses
