Job Summary
A dental medical product provider needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Customer Service Representative Trainee in Hillsboro.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Complete and participate in all customer service training program curriculum and activities
- Attend and actively participate in instructor led trainings
- Complete e-learning modules on topics related to dental terminology and morphology
Position Requirements Include:
- Able to attend on-site training program lasting up to eight to twelve week
- Able to pass customer service representative skills test
- Able to pass phone skills test
- Able to pass typing skills test
- Able to pass Glidewell’s customer service training program with passing score of 95% or higher.
