Job Summary

A business process outsourcing firm is seeking a Remote Customer Service Resolutions Agent in Plantation.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Respond to and resolve inbound phone inquiries and complaints from customers in a professional and timely fashion
• Manage large amount of incoming calls on a daily basis
• Provide technical support to customers

Qualifications for this position include:

• High school Diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years in Customer Service/Retail/E-Commerce
• Basic knowledge of internet & Windows OS, ability to navigate multiple applications both desktop and web based
• Typing/Keyboard Skills: 25wpm
• Good Verbal and Written Communication Skill
