Job Summary
A home security provider has an open position for a Remote Customer Service Retention Representative in Wichita.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Retaining customers by problem solving
- Answering incoming calls about our products and services with existing customers
- De-escalating customer issues and resolving account issues
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Paid virtual training - some in-person attendance may be required
- Experience in sales or retention
- Effective communication skills
- High school diploma, GED, college degree or some college experience
- Two (2) years customer retention experience
