Job Summary

A home security provider has an open position for a Remote Customer Service Retention Representative in Wichita.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Retaining customers by problem solving
  • Answering incoming calls about our products and services with existing customers
  • De-escalating customer issues and resolving account issues

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Paid virtual training - some in-person attendance may be required
  • Experience in sales or retention
  • Effective communication skills
  • High school diploma, GED, college degree or some college experience
  • Two (2) years customer retention experience
