Job Summary
An omnichannel customer experience management and business process outsourcing company is filling a position for a Remote Customer Service Sales Representative in Orlando.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Handling & responding to all customer inquiries by building excellent rapport & confidence, identifying their needs & taking action
- Performing outbound sales with new and existing customers
- Providing excellent service through active listening on every interaction
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High School Graduate or GED
- Logical problem-solving skills Availability to work various shifts
- Strong sales skills
- Ability to use Windows operating systems
- Ability to type 25 wpm
- Predictable and reliable attendance
