Job Summary

A customer service software developer is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Customer Service Software Sales Enablement Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain subject matter expertise on our platform
  • Work with sales and marketing leadership to develop and deliver new hire onboarding programs
  • Research, develop and deploy a soft skills learning curriculum for all GTM team members

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5-7 years of experience
  • 1-2 years sales or business development experience
  • 2+ years experience working in a Sales Enablement role at a fast growing company
  • Experience with sales methodologies, go-to-market processes, and training best practices
  • Experience working in a fast paced, dynamic environment
