Job Summary
A customer service software developer is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Customer Service Software Sales Enablement Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain subject matter expertise on our platform
- Work with sales and marketing leadership to develop and deliver new hire onboarding programs
- Research, develop and deploy a soft skills learning curriculum for all GTM team members
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree
- 5-7 years of experience
- 1-2 years sales or business development experience
- 2+ years experience working in a Sales Enablement role at a fast growing company
- Experience with sales methodologies, go-to-market processes, and training best practices
- Experience working in a fast paced, dynamic environment
