Job Summary
A technology services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Customer Service Solution Sales Operations Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide the sales teams with reliable and high-quality sales and administrative support.
- Help build and improve current sales processes and materials
- Work on onboarding, training materials, sales enablement, forecasting and reporting
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- A bachelor's degree is required
- 3 - 5 years in a similar operational role
- High level of expertise in HubSpot and Google Suite, high comfort level with Slack
- Able to provide specific examples of results achieved in current or previous roles, specific to sales performance and efficiency
