Job Summary

A staffing firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Customer Service Specialist 1 in Omaha.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Receiving monitored inbound calls regarding products and services
• Answering inquiries, resolving problems and promoting good customer relations
• Providing thorough and accurate responses to policy-holder requests and inquiries

Required Skills:

• Attend and actively participate in all scheduled foundation training courses
• Must have experience in Customer Service
• Must be able to self manage your time
• Must have Windows 10 computer
• Must be able to show empathy and properly handle call according to situation
• Must be proficient using Microsoft Office suite software
