Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Specialist I to work remotely in a call center environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Process inbound calls regarding account questions, product information, and customer requests
- De-escalate customer issues and follow through to resolution while maintaining service levels
- Assist customers with digital banking services across various devices and maintain knowledge of banking products
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of one year of customer service experience, preferably in banking or financial institutions
- Minimum of one year of contact center experience or equivalent required
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using personal computers and knowledge of Android and Apple products
