Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Specialist I to work remotely in a call center environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process inbound calls regarding account questions, product information, and customer requests
  • De-escalate customer issues and follow through to resolution while maintaining service levels
  • Assist customers with digital banking services across various devices and maintain knowledge of banking products
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of one year of customer service experience, preferably in banking or financial institutions
  • Minimum of one year of contact center experience or equivalent required
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in using personal computers and knowledge of Android and Apple products
