Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Specialist II in the Customer Service Center.
Key Responsibilities
- Process inbound calls and resolve customer inquiries regarding bank products and services
- De-escalate customer situations and assist with digital banking services across various devices
- Maintain knowledge of banking products and adhere to service metrics and compliance regulations
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of one year of customer service experience, preferably in banking
- At least one year of contact center experience or equivalent required
- Proficiency in using personal computers and managing home networking infrastructure
- Experience with Android and Apple products and bank-supported web browsers preferred
