Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Specialist II in the Customer Service Center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process inbound calls and resolve customer inquiries regarding bank products and services
  • De-escalate customer situations and assist with digital banking services across various devices
  • Maintain knowledge of banking products and adhere to service metrics and compliance regulations
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of one year of customer service experience, preferably in banking
  • At least one year of contact center experience or equivalent required
  • Proficiency in using personal computers and managing home networking infrastructure
  • Experience with Android and Apple products and bank-supported web browsers preferred
