Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional service through inbound and outbound communications
  • Maintain and update customer account information while resolving issues and scheduling delivery orders
  • Support the set-up of new customer accounts and perform soft collections for past due accounts
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1 or more years of customer service experience
  • Strong organizational skills with typing and data entry experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Access
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring future sponsorship
