Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service through inbound and outbound communications
- Maintain and update customer account information while resolving issues and scheduling delivery orders
- Support the set-up of new customer accounts and perform soft collections for past due accounts
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 or more years of customer service experience
- Strong organizational skills with typing and data entry experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Access
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring future sponsorship
