Job Summary

A company is looking for a Retail Customer Service Expert - Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide customer support via telephone and/or Internet for inquiries and basic support issues
  • Process a high volume of customer inquiries and troubleshoot problems, escalating when necessary
  • Track and document support requests while ensuring accurate customer information entry
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
  • Comfortable with desktop computer systems and general knowledge of Windows-based systems
