Job Summary
A company is looking for a Retail Customer Service Expert - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer support via telephone and/or Internet for inquiries and basic support issues
- Process a high volume of customer inquiries and troubleshoot problems, escalating when necessary
- Track and document support requests while ensuring accurate customer information entry
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
- Comfortable with desktop computer systems and general knowledge of Windows-based systems
