Supporting a high-volume inbound call environment, the full-time hourly Remote Customer Service Specialist will handle customer calls, make occasional outbound calls, and update information while navigating multiple systems in a 100% remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage inbound customer calls and perform occasional outbound calls
  • Update customer information accurately while multitasking across various systems
  • Maintain a fixed weekday schedule, working Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm
Required qualifications
  • 2 years of customer service experience
  • Experience in a high-volume inbound call center environment
  • Strong typing and multitasking skills
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
  • Availability for the full scheduled hours, Monday-Friday
