A business consulting firm needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Customer Service Specialist.

Must be able to:

  • Ensure product releases and upgrades are reliably and securely available
  • Manage incidents including root cause analysis, client interface and remediation

Qualifications Include:

  • Degree in an I.T. related subject
  • Front-line customer service experience
  • Strong team player with both verbal and written communication skills
  • Independent, focused and know how to manage your time effectively
  • Comfortable speaking with clients and have a customer service mentality
