A hair wellness company has a current position open for a Remote Customer Service Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Speaking with customers primarily via email/SMS/phone/chat
  • Dealing with customer complaints, returns, or issues with orders
  • Assisting with gifting and ad hoc tasks

Required Skills:

  • Experience in Consumer goods
  • Online Customer Service is a must
  • Experience in DTC a must
  • Genuine interest/experience in the beauty/wellness/haircare industry
  • Candidate must have experience on Zendesk and Shopify
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
