Job Summary

A software developer needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Customer Service Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Creating best in class, meaningful experiences for new and existing patients, physicians and clients over the phone and email
  • Acting as a guide and advocate for our patients and providers on the prior authorization process
  • Prompting clients when authorizations are ending in order to prepare for re-authorization

Qualifications Include:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Knowledge of and ability to use and apply medical terminology
  • Experience with healthcare/pharmacy related customer support
  • Knowledge of computer systems and electronic medical records
  • Ability to demonstrate customer service skills in interactions with all patients, families, and staff including in high volume and stressful situations
