Job Summary

A population health management solutions company is filling a position for a Remote Customer Service Specialist.

Must be able to:

  • Respond to questions and complaints and resolves issues via email and over the phone
  • Provide clear, concise, and professional responses to member and provider emails and voicemails
  • Handlesinbound Direct Contracting calls from beneficiaries and providers on a rotating basis

Qualifications Include:

  • Can work in partnership with the other team members to ensure appropriate coverage
  • Able to handle a variety of reports in support of delivering a fantastic service experience for members and providers
  • Can Issue letters and forms to members and providers as assigned
