Job Summary

A PC hardware manufacturer has a current position open for a Remote Customer Service Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service using customer service tools to investigate issues
  • Deliver continuous and timely updates to customers
  • Conduct internal product training to team members when necessary

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 4 Years Building a PC Knowledge
  • 2 Years Customer Service Experience
  • 2 Years Technical Hardware Experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills to facilitate the forging of strong interpersonal relationships.
