Job Summary
A PC hardware manufacturer has a current position open for a Remote Customer Service Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service using customer service tools to investigate issues
- Deliver continuous and timely updates to customers
- Conduct internal product training to team members when necessary
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 4 Years Building a PC Knowledge
- 2 Years Customer Service Experience
- 2 Years Technical Hardware Experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills to facilitate the forging of strong interpersonal relationships.
