An online retailer is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Customer Service Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Handling a high volume of customer inquiries with active presence at workstation
- Assisting customers to place orders over the phone
- Resolving issues related to understanding order status
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Problem solves and de-escalates unique situations while sustaining a high-paced call volume
- Effectively communicates with a variety of customer styles, peers, and leaders
- Can sit for long periods of time
- Available to work weekends, holidays and additional hours as required
