A hospital and healthcare company is filling a position for a Remote Customer Service Specialist.

  • Answering all calls and emails in a timely manner, in adherence to their goals
  • Documenting all call information according to standard operating procedures

Qualifications for this position include:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year work related experience in health care administrative, financial, or insurance customer services, etc
  • 2 years of work-related experience and 1 year of exact job experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
