Job Summary

A solar energy company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Customer Service Specialist Team Lead.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer requests via phone, email, and live chat
  • Meet team and customer performance metrics, goals, and deadlines
  • Identify potential sales opportunities with customers regarding their product needs or up selling related products

Required Skills:

  • Minimum of 1 year Call Center work experience
  • Strong de-escalation skills Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft software
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability and willingness to learn and adapt quickly to rapidly evolving business processes
  • Highly self-motivated with the ability to prioritize complex, diversified responsibilities
