Job Summary

A staffing agency is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Customer Service Supervisor in Philadelphia.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Prepare call center interviewers to respond to customer/respondent questions and complaints
  • Ensure agents understand and comply with all call center objectives
  • Answer interviewer questions regarding best practices or difficult calls

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 2+ years experience in similar position
  • Proficient knowledge of customer service, and standard office practices and procedures
