Job Summary
A staffing agency is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Customer Service Supervisor in Philadelphia.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Prepare call center interviewers to respond to customer/respondent questions and complaints
- Ensure agents understand and comply with all call center objectives
- Answer interviewer questions regarding best practices or difficult calls
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years experience in similar position
- Proficient knowledge of customer service, and standard office practices and procedures
- Proficient computer skills
- Proficient standard office equipment skills
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
