Job Summary
A management consulting company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Customer Service Support Professional.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Taking upwards of 70 calls per day as well as make a similar amount of outbound calls, emails, and chats
- Working from home, unsupervised, without distractions
- Writing cohesive emails and notes
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Must be able to write cohesive emails and notes
- Written Communication and grammar are critical to this role as employees may be assigned to the Chat queue
- Must have internet access @ 50mbps and home office furniture
- Applicant must be able to work any shift including Sat/Sun
