Job Summary

An information technology company has a current position open for a Remote Customer Service Team Leader.

Must be able to:

  • Develop and manage a team of Agents
  • Evaluate team's and individual team member's performance
  • Manage Team calls: process missed calls, lead calls, renewals

Qualifications for this position include:

  • More than 1-year experience in a Customer Service in management role
  • Must be fluent in English or Russian (Polish is desirable)
  • Knowledge of computers, networks, and CRM software
  • Great communication, listening skills, and positive attitude
