Job Summary
An information technology company has a current position open for a Remote Customer Service Team Leader.
Must be able to:
- Develop and manage a team of Agents
- Evaluate team's and individual team member's performance
- Manage Team calls: process missed calls, lead calls, renewals
Qualifications for this position include:
- More than 1-year experience in a Customer Service in management role
- Must be fluent in English or Russian (Polish is desirable)
- Knowledge of computers, networks, and CRM software
- Great communication, listening skills, and positive attitude
