Job Summary
A software and services company is in need of a Remote Customer Service Technical Coordinator.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Promote EMMI content to production servers
- Manage application access requests/additional access
- Troubleshoot unexpected behavior in program workflow
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 3+ years’ experience delivering technical support of web based application software
- Experience in SQL Server and SQL queries
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications
