Job Summary
A software services firm is seeking a Remote Customer Service Technical Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Resolving moderately complex technical and product related issues reported by users
- Testing and identifying defects by documenting in the tracking system
- Liaising with internal escalation, development, and functional teams for issue resolution
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience
- 2+ years’ experience in a B2B technical customer service or implementation role
- Working knowledge or experience with cloud computing platforms such as Azure, Google Cloud, and AWS
- Working knowledge of database technologies such as Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle
