Job Summary

A software services firm is seeking a Remote Customer Service Technical Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Resolving moderately complex technical and product related issues reported by users
  • Testing and identifying defects by documenting in the tracking system
  • Liaising with internal escalation, development, and functional teams for issue resolution

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • 2+ years’ experience in a B2B technical customer service or implementation role
  • Working knowledge or experience with cloud computing platforms such as Azure, Google Cloud, and AWS
  • Working knowledge of database technologies such as Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle
