Job Summary
A global information services company is seeking a Remote Customer Service Technical Specialist III.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Handle analysis and resolution of critical and high priority cases
- Provide technical solutions and guidance throughout the support cycle for both clients and internal team members
- Work directly with clients to resolve issues with the Company's proprietary software products and services
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of experience implementing or supporting technology solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field
- Business intelligence experience with Cognos Reporting
- Development Experience with SQL Server and SQL syntax
- Development Experience with Java
- Experience managing external clients
