Job Summary

A global information services company is seeking a Remote Customer Service Technical Specialist III.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Handle analysis and resolution of critical and high priority cases
  • Provide technical solutions and guidance throughout the support cycle for both clients and internal team members
  • Work directly with clients to resolve issues with the Company's proprietary software products and services

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience implementing or supporting technology solutions
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field
  • Business intelligence experience with Cognos Reporting
  • Development Experience with SQL Server and SQL syntax
  • Development Experience with Java
  • Experience managing external clients
