Job Summary
A technology service and digital transformation consulting firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Customer Service Technology Rep.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Meeting the quality, productivity targets & defined timelines to ensure Service Level Agreements
- Adhering to established policies, procedures, and compliance which result in a satisfactory audit rating
- Meeting daily task handling through various form & medium of communication, written and/or verbal or phone
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Ability to meet daily task handling through various form & medium of communication, written and/or verbal or phone
- Ability to meet the quality, productivity targets & defined timelines to ensure Service Level Agreements
- Excellent grasping powers able to understand the various processes
- Knowledge on ITES/BPO/KPO/Customer Service /Operations
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office skills
