Job Summary

A technology service and digital transformation consulting firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Customer Service Technology Rep.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Meeting the quality, productivity targets & defined timelines to ensure Service Level Agreements
  • Adhering to established policies, procedures, and compliance which result in a satisfactory audit rating
  • Meeting daily task handling through various form & medium of communication, written and/or verbal or phone

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Ability to meet daily task handling through various form & medium of communication, written and/or verbal or phone
  • Ability to meet the quality, productivity targets & defined timelines to ensure Service Level Agreements
  • Excellent grasping powers able to understand the various processes
  • Knowledge on ITES/BPO/KPO/Customer Service /Operations
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office skills
